Upon walking into the room, I found it to be a bit old-fashioned and lacking modern facilities. Opening the balcony door made it noisy due to the busy junction. The location is convenient with proximity to public transportation and AlexanderPlatz, but the noise level could be a drawback. The dining experience was mixed with rich food options but could use improvement in preparation. The staff gave the impression of being rude and dismissive, making the check-in process challenging.
